Use
Purpose is to dry glass equipments, specimen, sterilization, constant temperature experiment, paint, electronic component, building material, food, and measuring moisture of food, and reliability inspection.

11 Step Programmable
Temperature can be set up to 11 steps. 11 kinds of alternation between day and night can be experimented. It can also operates repeatedly. There are manual mode and program mode which make user convenient to use. (DS-80P-2, DS-80P-3, DS-80P-5)
PID Controller
Temperature control is input by Microprocessor touch keyboard, and operates PID action. Therefore, there are less temperature anomaly with high accuracy.
Self testing
It has self testing function, so when power is supplied at first, it checks equipments defects, and if there are defects, it let user know it.
Password function
If a password is inputted then other than user cannot operate the keypad to change the set contents.
When password is set, no one can access the contents without the password.
Run cycle Number
Able to set up number of cycles for programmed step, and maximum cycle is 999. If "000" is input, operates repeatedly for infinite time.
Internal structure
Stainless is used for high durability, and vacuumed see-through glass is installed, so there is no need to open the door to observe inside.
The others
Height of shelf can be adjusted, noise from the equipment is minimized, prevent overheating, overpressure, overcurrent. safety equipment is installed etc. Product is designed and manufactured in user's point of view.
Door interlock switch(The heater stops working with the door open so as to extend the heater life.)
